We owe our donors clear information about how their trust is used. This page explains our mission, how donations are used, and the current limits of what we can publish.
Our mission
Since its founding in 2011, Nassamat El Khayr Makthar has supported the most vulnerable families in the Makthar region: orphans, widows, people with disabilities, and families in need.
Our work relies on field visits by our volunteers, who identify each household's needs — food, education, healthcare, housing, clothing — and organize assistance tailored to their situation, working with a network of local partners (pharmacies, shops, associations).
Every donation, every sponsorship, directly helps improve daily life for a family in Makthar.
Our impact in numbers
How your donations are used
Every donation received is directed first to the identified needs of the families followed by the association: food aid, school support, medical aid, housing aid, among other needs. Our volunteers assess each situation in the field before any aid is decided. The association keeps its operating costs to the necessary minimum.

Food parcels and essential everyday items.
School support
School supplies and support for children's education.
Medical aid
Medication, consultations and urgent medical costs, on a case-by-case basis.
Housing aid
Repairs and essential needs related to housing.
Clothing
Clothing and blankets, especially according to the season.
Employment support
One-off support depending on each family's situation.
Medical equipment
Glasses, wheelchairs or adapted equipment, reviewed case by case.
Our commitment to traceability
Each family helped has a case individually followed by our volunteers, from the request through to the delivery of aid. Aid delivered through our partners (pharmacies, merchants...) is recorded and tracked. This internal tracking allows us to give a precise account of our activity.
Current limits
Detailed figures (precise breakdown of expenses, annual financial report) are not yet published online: they depend on reports the association is preparing and will validate progressively. This page will be completed as these reports become available.
